Conduct a public hearing; 2.) Determine that Urgency Ordinance No.\n1210-25 is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to Section 15183 of the CEQA\nGuidelines; and 3. Adopt by four-fifths (4/5) vote of the City Council for the extension of Urgency Ordinance No.\n1210-25.
