Approve Second Amendment for On-Call Civil Engineering Services\n— Recommendation: that the City Council approve the Second Amendment to the Contract\nServices Agreement with LAE Associates, Inc., Onward Engineering, SA Associates,\nTranstech Engineers, Inc., and Willdan Engineering, extending the term of the agreement for\none (1) year, through March 4, 2027.

9. Consideration and Selection of an Executive Recruitment Firm for the City Manager\nPosition\n— Recommendation: that the City Council 1.) Review and discuss this report regarding\nprofessional executive recruitment services; 2.) Provide direction to staff regarding City\nCouncil’s selection of a firm to conduct executive recruitment services for the City Manager\nposition; and 3.) Authorize staff to execute a professional contract services agreement with the\nselected firm, in a form approved by the City Attorney’s Office; or 3.) Provide other direction\nas appropriate.
