10.\nQuarterly Investment Report for the Quarter Ended March 31, 2026\n— Recommendation: that the City Council receive and file the Quarterly Investment Report for the quarter ended March\n31, 2026.

11.\nConsideration of Award of Contract Services Agreement for Building and Safety Services\n— Recommendation: that the City Council 1.) Review and discuss the Request for Proposal for full Building and Safety\nServices to replace the services provided by L.A. County; 2.) Approve a Professional Contract Services Agreement\nbetween the City of Lawndale and Willdan Engineering for Building and Safety Services, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney's Office; 3.) If necessary, authorize the City Attorney Office to make minor edits based on any direction from the\nCity Council to the Professional Service Agreements; or 4.) Provide further direction to staff, if necessary.

12.\nAppropriate Additional Funding for CDBG Project No. 602719-24\n— Recommendation: that the City Council authorize the appropriation of the previously approved contingency funds in\nthe amount of $35,000.00 to the CDBG Project No. 602719-24 Various Locations ADA Sidewalks & Access Ramps\nProject.

13.\n2026 Fireworks Applications Approval\n— Recommendation: that City Council approve or deny conditional permits to sell fireworks to the three applicants listed\nin the staff report or take other action if deemed appropriate.
