Award Construction Inspection Services to LAE Associates, Inc. in the\namount of $109,900.00 for the Project; and 3.) Approve the construction Contingency of $291,200 for the Project; and\n4.) Authorize the City Manager to file a Notice of Project Completion with the Los Angeles County following the\ncompletion of the project.
