DETERMINE that the project is Categorically Exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant Section No. 15332, (Class No. 32, In-Fill) and direct staff to file a Notice of\nExemption; and,\n— 2. APPROVE Tentative Tract Map No. P22-264 (Map 20467) to subdivide a 2.8-acre parcel and create nine (9)\nsingle-family residential lots, one (1) letter lot for a storm-water drainage basin, and a new public street with\nassociated street and landscaping improvements; and,\n— 3. APPROVE Precise Plan of Design No. P22-266 for the demolition of an existing single-family residence and\nthe construction of nine (9) single-family residences each featuring its own Accessory Dwelling Unit.
