DETERMINE that the project is Categorically Exempt from the\nrequirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant\nSection No. 15332, (Class No. 32, In-Fill) and direct staff to file a Notice of\nExemption; and,\n— 2. APPROVE Tentative Tract Map No. P22-264 (Map 20467) to subdivide\na 2.8-acre parcel and create nine (9) single-family residential lots, one (1)\nletter lot for a storm-water drainage basin, and a new public street with\nassociated street and landscaping improvements; and,\n— 3. APPROVE Precise Plan of Design No. P22-266 for the demolition of an\nexisting single-family residence and the construction of nine (9) single-\nfamily residences each featuring its own Accessory Dwelling Unit. The\nproject approval is based on the Findings contained in the staff report and\nsubject to the Conditions of Approval.
