5. 26-54361\nRecommendation to recommend that City Council adopt a resolution to approve\nand certify an Addendum (EIRA-01-23) to the Program Environmental Impact\nReport (PEIR) prepared for the General Plan Land Use Element Update and Urban\nDesign Element (EIR 03-16) relating to map and text changes as well as\nimplementation of the General Plan Land Use Element through an amendment to\nTitle 22 and the rezoning of designated corridors in the Greater Bixby Knolls Area\nand that no new or different mitigation measures are required;\nRecommend that City Council adopt an ordinance amending Title 22 of the\nMunicipal Code to establish new zoning districts to implement the Neighborhood\nServing Corridor Low and Community Commercial PlaceTypes of the Long Beach\nGeneral Plan Land Use Element Update adopted in 2019 and to make minor\namendments to all existing zoning districts contained within Title 22; and\nRecommend that City Council adopt an ordinance to implement City-initiated\nrezoning of select properties on major corridors in the Greater Bixby Knolls Area.\n(Citywide)\nSuggested Action:\nApprove recommendation.

6. 26-54358\nRecommendation to recommend that City Council accept Exemption CE-25-143,\nfinding the proposed Zoning Code Amendment and Local Coastal Program\nAmendment exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to\nSections 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land) and 15311 (Accessory Structures); and\nRecommend that City Council approve a Zoning Code Amendment (ZCA25-002)\nand Local Coastal Program Amendment (LCPA25-002), and adopt the proposed\nfindings related thereto, to amend Chapters 21.15, 21.32, 21.33, 21.35, 21.45,\n21.52, and 21.53 of the Zoning Regulations (Title 21, Long Beach Municipal Code)\nand Chapters 22.15 and 22.25 of the Transitional Zoning Regulations related to the\ndefinition of mobile food facilities (i.e. mobile food trucks) and their operation on\nprivate property. The changes to the zoning regulations will support proposed\nchanges to Title 5 and Title 8 of the Long Beach Municipal Code. (Citywide)\nSuggested Action:\nApprove recommendation.
