D. Amendment No. 3 with West Coast Arborists, Inc. (WCA) for Tree\nMaintenance Services (Development Services)\nThis item seeks approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services\nAgreement (PSA) with West Coast Arborist, Inc. (WCA) to continue to\nprovide tree maintenance services, a license arborist, and extraordinary\nwork order fulfillment for one (1) year, ending on June 15, 2024. The\namount paid to WCA is not to exceed $75,000 annually. The current\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) expires on June 15, 2023.\nRecommendation: Authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 to\nthe Professional Services Agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc.\n(WCA), extending the term of the agreement for one additional year ending\non June 15, 2024, and not to exceed $75,000 annually, which is inclusive\nof a 2.5% CPI increase.

(EFM), via the Sourcewell Competitive\nPurchasing Program (Contract #030122-EFM).\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to lease two (2) fleet vehicles\npursuant to the Master Equity Lease Agreement with Enterprise Fleet\nManagement (EFM) via the Sourcewell Competitive Purchasing Program\nfor an estimated monthly lease of\n$1,768.00.
