2. NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL POSITION STATEMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS\nPresentations by Neighborhood Council representatives on any Neighborhood Council resolution, or\ncommunity impact statement filed with the City Clerk, which relates to any agenda item listed or being\nconsidered on this agenda.
