The Professional Services\nAgreement, which expired on June 30, 2024, provided specific legislative services to be\nperformed by Joe A. Gonsalves, as needed by the City. Entering into a new agreement\nwill ensure that Mr. Gonsalves can continue to focus on legislative advocacy and other\nkey priorities on behalf of the City. 9.2 SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1785, AMENDING\nLYNWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 7-17.1 - ESTABLISHMENT AND\nDESIGNATION OF TRUCK TRAFFIC ROUTES\nComments:\nThe City Council at its March 18, 2025 meeting introduced Ordinance No. 1785, which\nwill update section 7-17.1 of the Lynwood Municipal Code by adding or removing street\nsegments from the existing truck routes. This ordinance is now being presented for\nsecond reading and adoption. If adopted this evening, Ordinance No. 1785 will become\neffective 30 days from this date.
