16.\nGeneral Plan Amendment P-GPA2025-0002 / Zone Change (Zoning Map Amendment)\nP-ZC2025-0001 / Planned Development Permit P-PDP2024-0007 / and Tentative Parcel\nMap P-TPM2025-0001 – Petitions submitted by Drew Sullins of Equity Residential to\nredevelop 3.87-acres within the existing 33.64-acre Vista Del Lago apartments site\nlocated at 21622 Marguerite Parkway. The proposed redevelopment of the 3.87-acre\nproject area is partially located within the Residential Planned Development (RPD) 30\nzone to the east with the other portion located within the RPD 50 zone to the west. A\nGeneral Plan Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment are proposed to reconfigure\nthe RPD 30 and RPD 50 zoned areas within the Vista Del Lago apartment site. There\nare 608 existing units within the entire 33.64-acre Vista Del Lago apartment site. The\nproject includes demolition of 68 existing units within the 3.87-acre project area and\nconstruction of 418 new units for an overall total of 958 units. All 418 new units would\nbe located within a 6-story, wrap-style structure to be constructed in the center of the\nVista Del Lago site.\nRecommended Action: (1) Find that the project is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to state CEQA Public Resources Code Section 21080.66; (2)\nadopt Resolution 26-XX Approving General Plan Amendment P-GPA2025-0002; (3)\nintroduce Ordinance 26-XXX Approving Zone Change (Zoning Map Amendment) P-\nZC2025-0001, Being a Petition Submitted by Drew Sullins of Equity Residential to\nReconfigure the Bisecting Line Separating the Residential Planned Development (RPD) 30\nand RPD 50 Zoned Areas in Order for the Entire 3.87-acre Project Area to Lie Entirely Within\nthe RPD 30 Zone and to Preserve the Area Zoned RPD 50 for Future Development Potential\nWithin the Vista Del Lago Apartment Site Located at 21622 Marguerite Parkway, Further\nDescribed as Assessor Parcel Number 836-211-45”; and (4) adopt Resolution 26-XX\nApproving Planned Development Permit P-PDP2024-0007 and Tentative Parcel Map P-
