Approve the First Amendment to Agreement for Professional Consultant\nServices to Albert A. Webb Associates to provide preliminary engineering,\ndesign, and construction support for the Sunnymead Master Drainage\nPlan (MDP) Line B-16A, Stage 2 project, funded by Riverside County\nFlood Control & Water Conservation District (RCFC&WCD);\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to Agreement\nfor Professional Consultant Services with Albert A. Webb Associates,\nsubject to the approval of the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize the submission of a Continued Funding Application (CFA) for\nChildcare Development Program Funds from the California Department of\nSocial Services (CDSS) for fiscal year 2023-24; and\n2. Upon approval of the CFA, authorize acceptance of Childcare\nDevelopment Program funds in the approved amount and any subsequent\namendments for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 from the CDSS for the purpose\nof providing school-age childcare and development services and authorize\nthe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to make minor modifications to the\nbudget, based on the final contract amount (which could me more or less\nthan estimated); and\n3. Adopt Resolution No. CSD 2023-___. A resolution of the Moreno Valley\nCommunity Services District of the City of Moreno Valley, California,\ncertifying approval of the governing board to enter into this transaction\nwith the California Department of Social Services for providing childcare\nand development services and to authorize designated personnel to sign\ncontract documents for FY 2023-24.
