Authorize the Executive Director/City Manager or its Authorized\nRepresentative, Parks & Community Services Director, or designee to\nsubmit required reports, payment claims and other application\ndocuments for LSTA funds; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director/City Manager to enter into an\nagreement for services with Library Systems & Services (LS&S) to\nprovide the MoVal Gamers Lair project in the amount of $69,042.
