Accept Funding Year 2023 Schools and Libraries Program (E-rate)\nfunding from The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC);\nand\n2. Authorize the Executive Director/City Manager and or the Parks &\nCommunity Services Director and or its designee, to complete and\nsubmit required documentation, forms, reimbursement requests and\nother items related to this funding commitment; and\n3. Authorize a budget adjustment in FY 23/24 for the City’s 15%\nmatch/share of cost for the E-rate program.

Accept grant funding from the California State Library for the MoVal\nGamers Lair project in the amount of $69,042 in federal Library\nServices and Technology Act (LSTA) funds; and\n2. Authorize the Executive Director/City Manager or its Authorized\nRepresentative, Parks & Community Services Director, or designee to\nsubmit required reports, payment claims and other application\ndocuments for LSTA funds; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director/City Manager to process a budget\namendment and appropriation in the amount of $69,042 in FY 23/24;\nand\n4. Authorize the Executive Director/City Manager to enter into an\nagreement for services with Library Systems & Services (LS&S) to\nprovide the MoVal Gamers Lair project in the amount of $69,042.
