A.10. AUTHORIZE A PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH ONESOURCE SUPPLY\nSOLUTIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF STOCK MATERIALS FOR\nMORENO VALLEY UTILITY (MVU) (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Purchase Agreement with\nOneSource Supply Solutions for the purchase of various electrical\nitems used for general stock and emergency response by Moreno\nValley Utility, funded by MVU’s operating (6010) and capital funds\n(6011); and\n2. Authorize the purchase of various electrical items as needed for\ngeneral stock and emergency response in an amount not to exceed a\ntotal of $9,157,650 for fiscal years 2023/2024 through 2027/2028; and\n3. Authorize the City Attorney and City Manager to make minor\nadjustments to the Agreement with OneSource to ensure execution of\nsaid Agreement, within the parameters contained herein, and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent\nAmendments to the Agreements with OneSource Supply\nSolutions within Council approved annual budgeted amounts,\nincluding the authority to authorize the associated purchase orders in\naccordance with the terms of the Agreement, subject to the approval\nof the City Attorney.

FOR\nTHE TRAFFIC SIGNALS EQUIPMENT UPGRADES PROJECT (Report of:\nPublic Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Award Agreements for Professional Consultant Services with Jacobs\nEngineering Group, Inc. to provide traffic signal engineering services\nfor the Transportation Engineering Division; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreements for Professional\nConsultant Services with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. in an amount\nof approximately $150,000 per year for the total aggregate not-to-\nexceed amount of $300,000 over the entire two-year term of the\nagreements, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of Purchase Orders to Jacobs Engineering\nGroup, Inc. once the Agreements have been signed by all parties\nusing budget approved for the Traffic Signals Equipment Upgrades\nusing State Gas Tax Funds (2000) and Measure A Funds (2001); and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments\nto the Agreements with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. within Council\napproved annual budgeted amounts, including the authority to\nauthorize the associated purchase orders in accordance with the\nterms of the Agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
