Acting as the legislative body of Community Facilities District No. 2023-01 (Public\nSafety Services), adopt Resolution No. 2025-___, a Resolution of the City Council of\nthe City of Moreno Valley, California, ordering the annexation of territory to City of\nMoreno Valley Community Facilities District No. 2023-01 (Public Safety Services) and\napproving the amended maps for said District, for the specific properties as listed in\nthe Discussion section of this staff report and as previously approved by the\nLandowner and certified by the City’s Election Official (Amendments Nos. 41, 43, 44,\n45, 47 and 53).

I.11 AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR CITYWIDE\nFULL TRASH CAPTURE DEVICE INSTALLATION PROJECT NUMBER 804 0018\n(REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS)\nAuthorization to Award a Construction Contract to G2 Construction, Inc. for Citywide\nFull Trash Capture Device Installation, Project Number 804 0018\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize to award a contract to G2 Construction, Inc. for the construction of the\nCitywide Full Trash Capture Device Installation project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with G2 Construction, Inc. in the\namount of $384,800 funded by Storm Water Management (Fund 2008); and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to G2 Construction, Inc. for the\namount of $423,280 (Base Bid and Additive Bid No.1 amount of $384,800 plus 10%\ncontingency) when the contract has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute any subsequent\nchange orders to the contract with G2 Construction, Inc. up to the project budget as\npreviously approved by City Council, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and

Approve the Maintenance Agreement by and between the City of Moreno Valley\nand Iris Park Owners Association, a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation,\nauthorizing the City to maintain the Water Quality Basin located within PEN20-0063\n(Tract 37909) on the southside of Iris Avenue at Wedow Drive; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Maintenance Agreement by and\nbetween the City of Moreno Valley and Iris Park Owners Association, a California\nnonprofit mutual benefit corporation subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to transmit the executed Maintenance Agreement by and\nbetween the City of Moreno Valley and Iris Park Owners Association, a California\nnonprofit mutual benefit corporation to the Riverside County Recorder's Office for\nrecordation.
