9.5 Notice of Decision - Conditional Use Permit for Modified Alcohol Sales Hours at an Existing\nRetail Store (The 99 Cents Only Store) Located at 1320 Highland Avenue.\nRecommendation:\nStaff Recommends Approval of the Request for the Extended Alcohol Sales Hours Subject to\nthe Attached Recommended Conditions. The Sale of Alcohol is a Conditionally Allowed Use\nin MXD-2 and Would Contribute to the Diversity of Commercial Offerings in the Area.

9.6 Notice of Decision - Conditional Use Permit for an Outdoor Commercial Recreation Facility\n(Padel Club) to be Located at 21 West 7th Street.\nRecommendation:\nStaff Recommends Approval of the Operation of an Outdoor Commercial Recreation Facility,\nSubject to the Recommended Conditions in the Attached Resolution and a Determination\nthat the Project is Exempt from CEQA. The Operation of an Outdoor Commercial Recreation\nPage 2 of 4\nFacility is a Conditionally-Allowed Use in Development Zone 1B of the Downtown Specific\nPlan (DSP).

9.7 Notice of Decision – Conditional Use Permit for alcohol sales and karaoke at a new\nentertainment center (Round 1 Bowling & Arcade) to be located at Westfield Plaza Bonita.\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends approval of the sale of on-site beer, wine, and distilled spirits with live\nentertainment, subject to the recommended conditions in the attached resolution and a\ndetermination that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA). The sale of alcohol is a conditionally-allowed use in the MXD-2 zone and would be\naccessory to food sales at the proposed entertainment center.
