1. COUNCIL / NPUA: Approve the Annual Depository Statement and authorize and direct\nFinance staff to make the monthly transfers from NPUA to City accounts to reimburse for fiscal\nyear 2023-2024 payments for bond debt service, contract services, purchase payments and\nreimbursement of non-utility sanitation revenues deposited with the Authority, according to the\napproved budget (ACT)\n(ACT)

2. Approve the Warrants Register through July 11, 2023

4. Waive the reading and adopt Resolution No. 2023-44 approving an Agreement with the Fort\nMojave Indian Tribe for the Abatement of 1900 Needles Highway, also known as Assessor’s\nParcel Number 0185-043-05-0000 (“Best Motel”) to be completed by December 31, 2023

5. Waive the reading and adopt Resolution No. 2023-43 establishing the appropriations limit for\nfiscal year 2023-2024 in accordance with the provisions of Division 9 of Title 1 of the California\nGovernment Code (Gann Appropriations Limit)

6. Accept Change Order No. 1 (Final) for work completed by John Simmons Roofing for the City\nHall Roofing Project and authorize staff to execute said change order and accept the Notice of\nCompletion to be recorded with San Bernardino County Recorder’s Office

7. Waive the reading and adopt Resolution No. 2023-42 approving an Amendment to the Second\nAmendment (amending Resolution Nos. 2022-62 and 2023-32 ) to the Use Permit between\nthe City of Needles and County of San Bernardino for the City-owned property located at 1111\nBailey Avenue

8. Approve Fourth Amendment to On-Call Consulting Services Agreement Between the City of\nNeedles and Development Management Group, Inc. for Economic Development Consulting\nServices Increasing the Term and Compensation not to exceed $70,000 included in FY 23-24\nBudget to expire June 30, 2024

9. Accept Change Order #2 to the Public Works Agreement with Cora Constructors, Inc. for the\n“L” Street Water Booster Pump Station project resulting in an increase to the contract of\n$10,851.40 for a new total contract amount of $868,108.15 using California State Water\nResources Control Board grant funds\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR\nADJOURN to July 15, 2023 at 9am at the Needles Senior Center,1699 Bailey Avenue for a\nCouncil Goal Setting Workshop
