Newcastle Skye Parkridge, LLC Industrial Project Development\nAgreement/Site Plan 2020-11, Modification No.1 (Newcastle Skye\nParkridge, LLC): Second reading and approval of Ordinance No. 1110\napproving a development agreement for the industrial project approved\nunder Site Plan 2020-11, consisting of six buildings that total 80,066\nsquare feet at 1004 Parkridge Ave located within the Industrial District of\nthe Gateway Specific Plan with the amendment of the Project Benefit fees\nto be paid in full prior to the issuance of any permits.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove Ordinance No.1110 approving the Newcastle Skye Parkridge,\nLLC Industrial Project Development Agreement with the amendment of the\nProject Benefit fees to be paid in full prior to the issuance of any permits.
