Purchase of 2025 Freightliner M2-106 Service Truck from PB Loader\nCorporation\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAccept the quote from PB Loader Corporation, Fresno, CA, for one (1)\n2025 Freightliner M2-106 Service Truck, authorize the City Manager to\napprove a purchase order in the amount of $237,338, and appropriate an\nadditional $18,000 split evenly between the Water and Sewer Funds to\nfund the additional cost of the new service vehicle.

Additional Appropriation of Funds for the Citywide Flooring Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove the additional contract amount of $21,500 for the change orders in\nexcess of the original contract amount and the 10% authorized by the City\nManager for costs associated with the addition of the flooring replacement\nat the Heritage Room.

Cooperative Funding Agreement between the City of Norco and the\nRiverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District for the First\nStreet Storm Drain Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove the Cooperative Funding Agreement between the City of Norco\nand Riverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District\n(RCFC&WCD) to design and construct the First Street Storm Drain Project,\nsubject to non-substantive changes and approval by the Riverside County\nBoard of Supervisors; and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.

Amend the 2023-24 Measure R Capital Improvement Project Budget to\nAdd Design Funding for Five Street Pavement Projects\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAmend the fiscal year 2023-24 Measure R Capital Improvement Budget to\nappropriate five street pavement projects to the FY 2023-24 Measure R\nCapital Improvement Program Budget; allocate Measure R Funding for the\ndesign costs for each project in the amount requested for each project; to\naccept the proposals from RKA and authorize the City Manager to issue\npurchase orders for each project not to exceed the amount quoted in each\nproject proposal.
