Amendment to Increase the Contract Amount for NCS Engineers for the\nPer- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) and Fluoride Treatment\nDesign Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove an amendment to the contract for NCS Engineers (NCS) in the\namount of $107,131 for additional design services related to the Per- and\nPolyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) and Fluoride treatment system at the\nexisting Bluff Groundwater Treatment Plant.

Acceptance of Bids and Award of Contract for the Woodward Ave Street\nImprovements\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAccept bids and award a contract to Mendoza Engineering Company, Inc.\nfor Woodward Avenue Street Improvements Project, in the amount of\n$255,330 and authorize the City Manager to approve contract change\norders up to 10 percent of the total bid amount.

Agreement with the National Parks and Recreation Association for funds\nprogram for Fiscal Year 2024-25.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove the contract for a $2,500 micro-grant awarded to the Community\nServices Department for the "How to Coach Kids" training program. This\nprogram is designed to equip staff and volunteer coaches in the Sports\nDivision with the necessary skills and knowledge to support positive youth\ndevelopment.
