APNs: 131-140-026, -033, -036, and -037.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nCity Council concur with the determination of the Planning Commission to\napprove Site Plan Review 2022-01 and Conditional Use Permit 2022-02,\nsubject to the Conditions of Approval in Planning Commission Resolutions\n2025-03 and 2025-04 respectively.
