6.A.\nSuccessor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Norco:\nApproval of Resolution No. 2025-03 authorizing the transfer of specified\nreal property by the Norco Successor Agency pursuant to Section\n34181(a)(1) of the Health and Safety Code\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-03, authorizing the transfer of\napproximately 0.34 acres of real property (APN 122-080-049) to the\nCity of Norco for governmental/agency use pursuant to Health &\nSafety Code §34181(a)(1); and\n2. Find the transfer exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines\n§15312 (Class 12 – Surplus Government Property Sales); and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Grant Deed and all\nrelated documents, subject to approval by the Countywide Oversight\nBoard and review by the California Department of Finance (DOF).

7.A.\nResolution Accepting Transfer of Real Property (APN 122-080-049) From\nthe Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Norco\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Find that acceptance of the property is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines §15312\n(Class 12 – Surplus Government Property Sales).\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-76 accepting the transfer of real property\nidentified as APN 122-080-049 from the Successor Agency for continued\ngovernmental use as part of the City’s equestrian trail system and related\nopen-space purposes.\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Certificate of\nAcceptance and complete the conveyance.
