Adopt Resolution 2026-03 to appropriate additional funding for\nFiscal Year (FY) 2026-30 CIP Recycle Water funding in the amount\nof $428,500 for the Snipes Park Booster Station Upgrades and Lake\nNorconian Flow Control Station Replacement Project from the\nRecycle Water Fund 159;\n2. Accept bids and award a contract to RE Chaffee Construction Inc.,\nfor the Snipes Park Booster Station Upgrades and Lake Norconian\nFlow Control Station Replacement Project in the amount of\n$1,192,333.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to approve contract change orders up to\n10 percent of the total bid amount; and
