RESOLUTION NO. 24-13 - APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF THE FRONT STREET PARTICIPATION\nAGREEMENT\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. find that the proposed action is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) under common sense\nexemption which provides that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a\nsignificant effect on the environment.
