SOFTWARE AGREEMENT FOR ACCOUNTING STANDARDS BOARD COMPLIANCE\nStaff recommends City Council approve a software agreement with DebtBook to provide GASB compliance\nand monitoring for a term of three years in the amount of $66,300; and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe agreement and any amendments thereof, provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City\nManager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.

4. CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO 2 - ADVANCED RESERVATION DIAL-A-RIDE / SUBSCRIPTION\nSERVICE\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 2 increasing the amount of compensation from\n$779,068 to $1,139,068 for FY 2023/24; and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 on\nbehalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.

ACCEPT WORK FOR RE-ROOF PROJECT - PROJECT NO. 7863, SPROUL MUSEUM AND PROJECT\nNO. 7377, HOLIFIELD PARK MAIN SNACK BAR\nStaff recommends the City Council accept the work of Associated Construction Services Group in the\namount of $133,475 for Project No. 7863, Sproul Museum and Project No. 7377, Holifield Park Main Snack\nBar roof replacements.

6. CONFIRM EMERGENCY WORK AT NORWALK AQUATICS PAVILION – WATERLINE TECHNOLOGIES,\nINC\nStaff recommends City Council confirm the emergency service repair work at the Norwalk Aquatics Pavilion\ncompleted by Waterline Technologies Inc., in the amount of $14,176.72.

7. CAPITAL OUTLAY PURCHASE OF CHAIRS AND TABLES FOR SENIOR CENTER MULTI-PURPOSE\nROOM AND NUTRITION PROGRAM\nStaff recommends City Council approve an agreement with MityLite to provide Chairs and Tables in the\namount of $52,000 from May 28, 2024 to June 30, 2024; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s\nsigning authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.

8. ADOPTING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION - RESOLUTION NO. 24-23 – PROJECT NO. 7607\n- STORMWATER CAPTURE AND INFILTRATION PROJECT\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. adopt Resolution No. 24-23, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK ADOPTING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND MITIGATION\nMONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM FOR PROJECT NO. 7607; and\nb. authorize the City Manager or his designee to file the Notice of Determination.\nAPPOINTMENTS

9. ADVISORY BODY APPOINTMENTS\nStaff recommends City Council make appointments to fill the vacancies on the various Advisory Bodies for\ntwo-year terms expiring on December 31, 2024.\nRESOLUTION
