Noble Company in the amount of $715,016.42 for\nconstruction of Project No. 7933, Excelsior Drive between Studebaker Road and Pioneer Boulevard; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the contract with any amendments, provided there is adequate\nfunding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
