1. WAIVE READING IN FULL OF ALL ORDINANCES ON THE AGENDA\nStaff recommends City Council waive reading in full of all ordinances on the agenda and declare that said\ntitles which appear on the public agenda shall be determined to have been read by title and further\nreading waived.

10. AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 2 FOR ELECTRICAL WORK\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No . 2 with HC Electric, for electrical work in the\namount of $7,605; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and any amendments\nprovided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of\nthe City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.

11. AGREEMENT – SAFE, CLEAN WATER MUNICIPAL PROGRAM\nStaff recommends City Council approve the Transfer agreement with the Los Angeles County Flood\nControl District for Safe, Clean Water Program-Municipal Program funds; and authorize the City Manager\nto execute the Transfer Agreement and any amendments, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney.

12. AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH FOR PUBLIC\nHEALTH SERVICES (NO. PH-005643)\nStaff recommends that City Council approve an agreement with the Los Angeles County Department of\nPublic Health for public health services; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, and\nany amendments necessary to meet the goals of the City in a form approved by the City Attorney.

13. AGREEMENT - ENGINEERING DIVISION STAFF AUGMENTATION\nStaff recommends City Council approve a Professional Services Agreement with Transtech Engineering\nInc., to provide staff augmentation services to the Engineering Division, in a total contract amount not to\nexceed $120,920, with the option to extend the duration of the services through August 31, 2026, for an\nadditional compensation of $156,680, for total of $277,600; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement and amendments, provided there is funding in the budget, and it is within the City Manager’s\nsigning authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAPPOINTMENTS

7. AWARD OF CONTRACT – CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR RENTAL AND CLEANING OF\nUNIFORMS AND RELATED PRODUCTS\nStaff recommends City Council approve an agreement with UniFirst Corporation for a term ending March\n25, 2030 for rental and cleaning of uniforms and related products; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the contract and any amendments or extensions provided there is funding in the budget, on\nbehalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.

8. AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 2 - PRODUCTION OF THE CITY’S NEWSLETTERS\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 2 with Intergraphics for newsletter printing\nservices, not-to-exceed $82,632.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.

9. AGREEMENT FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS\nSTATION\nStaff recommends City Council approve a five-year agreement, from June 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030\nwith Clean Energy Fuels for Operation and Maintenance services of the Compressed Natural Gas station\nwith for a total contract value of $900,718.70; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and\nany amendments or extensions provided there is funding in the budget, and it is within the City Manager’s\nsigning authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
