3.\nCOMMERCIAL DEMANDS\nStaff recommends City Council approve the warrant register period March 31, 2026 through April 13, 2026,\nin the total amount of $4,850,870.63. 640

4.\nDECLARATION OF SURPLUS VEHICLES FOR AUCTION AND APPROVAL OF SURPLUS VEHICLE\nSALES\nStaff recommend City Council to:\na. approve the sale of vehicles as listed in Attachment A, which have been sold, generating total net\nproceeds of $72,150; and\nb. declare as surplus the vehicles listed in Attachment B and authorize their sale via auction.

5.\nAGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 7 FOR ON-CALL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT AND\nADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR THE WALK PROJECT\nStaff recommend City Council approve Amendment No. 7 with The Code Group, Inc., in an amount of\n$50,000 for the third contract year for plan check services; in addition to the $408,000 for year three for on-\ncall consulting services (for the Community Development Director position); and authorize the City Manager\nto execute Amendment No. 7 and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget and is within the\nCity Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAPPOINTMENTS

8.\nPROJECT NO. 7195 – AWARD OF CONTRACT – CONSTRUCTION, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT\nAND INSPECTION, AND DESIGN SUPPORT SERVICES FOR I-605 HOTSPOTS AT STUDEBAKER\nROAD AND ALONDRA BOULEVARD, ENGINEER'S REPORT NO. 26-18\nStaff recommend City Council:\na. award a contract to Dash Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $999,910 with a 15%\ncontingency in the amount of $149,987 for construction services; and\nb. award a contract to SPECS Engineering Group in an amount of $189,845 with a 15% contingency\nin the amount of $28,477 for construction management and inspection services; and\nc. award a contract to Willdan Engineering in the amount of $8,750 for design support services during\nconstruction; and\nd. authorize the City Manager to execute the contracts for Project No. 7195 and any amendments\nwithin the contingencies, on behalf of the City, in forms approved by the City Attorney.

9.\nPROJECT NO. 7527 – RESOLUTION 26-17 - BUDGET AMENDMENT AND AGREEMENT\nAMENDMENT NO. 1 FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES\nStaff recommend City Council:\na. adopt Resolution No. 26-17, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025/26 ADOPTED\nBUDGET FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES FOR SEWAGE LIFT STATION\nREHABILITATION, CITY PROJECT NO. 7527, AT HARVARD DRIVE AND GRIDLEY ROAD, in the\namount of $20,560; and\nb. approve Amendment No. 1 to agreement with Civiltec Engineering Inc. for an increase in the amount\nof $20,560 to provide professional engineering design services, for a total agreement amount not to\nexceed $84,644; and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1, on behalf of the\nCity, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nORAL COMMUNICATIONS
