Recommended Action:
1. Approve the agreement with the State of California, Department of California
Highway Patrol in the amount of $330,997.68 for the Cannabis Tax Fund Grant
Program; and authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the
City.
2. Adopt Resolution No. 11712. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange
accepting funds in the amount of $330,997.68 from the State of California Highway
Patrol for the Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program, and authorizing the City Manager
to execute the grant program Agreement and related documents.
3. Accept into the City’s General Fund (100) revenue budget $330,997.68 in grant
funds from the State of California, Department of California Highway Patrol to:

representing an original amount of $457,583 plus a 15% contingency of $68,638 for

Recommended Action:

Partnership dba SC Fuels, in the amount not to exceed $1,100,000 for the purchase
and delivery of diesel and gasoline fuel using a cooperative purchasing agreement; and
