1. CONSIDER AND APPROVE AMENDMENTS TO EXISTING AGREEMENTS\nFOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES WITH TRAVERS TREE\nSERVICE, AMERICAN ARBOR CARE, AND FINLEY’S TREE AND LANDCARE,\nINC.\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the following Amendments to the existing agreements for landscape\nmaintenance services for the right-of-way locations along Palos Verdes Drive\nNorth and the median and right-of-way locations along Palos Verdes Drive\nWest:\na. Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Travers Tree Service increasing\nthe contract amount by $23,000 to a total contract amount of $48,000 for\nthe right-of-way locations along Palos Verdes Drive North; and\nb. Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with American Arbor Care increasing\nthe contract amount by $47,000 to a total contract amount of $72,000 for\nthe median and right-of-way locations along Palos Verdes Drive West.

2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Finley’s Tree and Landcare,\nInc. (Finley’s) increasing the contract amount by $83,000 to a total contract\namount of $203,000 for landscape maintenance services to be provided at\nlocations off Palos Verdes Drive West and Palos Verdes Drive North, at parks\nand plazas throughout the City taking priority.
