10. ADOPT RESOLUTIONS FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE\nHELD AND CONDUCTED ON NOVEMBER 5, 2024\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Approve Resolution No. R24-26 calling for the holding of a General\nMunicipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, for the\nelection of certain officers as required by the provisions of the laws of the\nState of California relating to General Law Cities; and\nB. Approve Resolution No. R24-27 adopting regulations for candidates for\nelective office pertaining to candidate statements submitted to the voters\nat an election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024; and\nC. Approve Resolution No. R24-28 requesting the Board of Supervisors of\nthe County of Los Angeles to consolidate a General Municipal Election to\nbe held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, with other Los Angeles County\nand State of California elections to be held on the date pursuant to §\n10403 of the Elections Code; and\nD. Approve Resolution No. R24-29 requesting the Board of Supervisors of\nthe County of Los Angeles to render full services to the city relating to a\nGeneral Municipal Election to be held and conducted on Tuesday,\nNovember 5, 2024; and\nE.
