FOR THE DESIGN OF STRUCTURAL REPAIRS\nFOR THE EXISTING RETAINING WALL ON PALOS VERDES DRIVE WEST\nIN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $199,220; APPROVE ADDITIONAL\nEXPENDITURES NOT TO EXCEED $20,000, WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY\n10% OF THE CONTRACT AMOUNT; AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY\nMANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL CONTRACT DOCUMENTS IN THE FINAL\nFORM AND FORMAT AS APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the\nResolution R24-50 to:\n1.
