PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BKF, FORMERLY MNS,\nTO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE SENIOR PLANNER LEVEL PROFESSIONAL\nCONTRACT PLANNING SERVICES FOR FY 2026-27\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council Approve the\nProfessional Services Agreement with BKF (formerly MNS), extending\nthe term of the Agreement for one (1) additional year to June 30, 2027,\nand authorize the City Manager to execute the PSA for FY 2026-27.

HORIST CONSTRUCTION DONATION\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the\nMayor to accept a donation to the City from Horist Construction\nconsisting of approximately 700 cubic yards of clean soil and associated\ngrading and placement services along the Boundary Trail, with an\nestimated value of $17,088.

ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF STIPEND AMOUNT FROM CITY\nTREASURER MARTIN PETERSEN AND AUTHROIZATION TO ACCEPT\nONGOING MONTHLY STIPENDS\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council City Council\naccept a donation of $2,700 from City Treasurer Martin Petersen and\nauthorize staff to accept an ongoing monthly stipend as a donation to\nthe City.
