Approve the proposed traffic control plan for the 5K/1K\nevent.\nB. 1) Appropriate an additional $9,050 from the available\nGeneral Fund Balance; and 2) Award the contract for the\nTraffic Control Services to Statewide Traffic Safety and\nSigns, Inc. APPROVAL AGREEMENT WITH VIDIFLO, LLC FOR AUDIO SYSTEM\nRENOVATION AT THE PARAMOUNT PARK GYMNASIUM\nRecommended Action: Approve the agreement with Vidiflo,\nLLC in the amount of $47,435 for the renovation of the audio\nsystem at the Paramount Park Gymnasium and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the agreement.
