14. APPROVAL AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE A FORKLIFT\nRecommended Action: Authorize the purchase of a forklift in the\namount of $55,801.90 from Select Equipment Sales, Inc., Buena\nPark, CA.

AUTHORIZATION AUTHORIZATION TO INCREASE THE DESIGN ENGINEERING\nBUDGET FOR PROGRESS PARK EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS\n(City project no. 9352)\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate $9,500 from the Capital\nProject Fund for this project using available General Fund balance;\nand 2) Approve the Additional Services Fee Proposal with Studio\nOne-Eleven in the amount of $9,500 for additional construction\ndesign services for the Progress Park Exterior Improvements (City\nProject No. 9352).
