Appropriate an additional $515,200 in Gas Tax for median\nlandscape maintenance and $507,800 in General Funds, for a\ntotal of $1,023,000, for landscape maintenance services that\ncovers medians, vines, and parks citywide.\nB. Award a contract for medians and vines care landscape\nmaintenance services to SGD Enterprises DBA Four Seasons\nLandscaping in the amount of $690,174.44 per year for a 2-year\nterm and authorize the Mayor or her designee to execute the\nagreement.\nC. Award a contract for Citywide/parks landscaping maintenance\nservices to Azteca Landscape in the amount of $1,007,706.32\nper year for a 2-year term and authorize the Mayor or her\ndesignee to execute the agreement.\nD. Authorize the Public Works Director to approve extra\nwork/services for a combined amount not to exceed $200,000.
