6.\nCONTINUED\nPUBLIC HEARING\nORDINANCE\n1212\nCONSIDERATION OF ESTABLISHING A DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES COMMERCIAL LINKAGE FEES FOR CERTAIN NEW ACTIVITIES AND DEVELOPMENTS IN THE CITY. THIS PROGRAM WILL ALSO CONSIDER RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES NEXUS STUDY, THE COMMERCIAL LINKAGE FEE NEXUS STUDY, AND THE FEES SCHEDULE. Additionally, the program will make a finding of exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).\n\nRecommended Action:\nContinue the public hearing for consideration of this item until the February 10, 2026 City Council meeting.

Adopt Resolution No. 26:001 - Calling for the holding of a\nGeneral Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026,\nfor the election of two (2) Members of the City Council at-large\nas required by the provisions of the laws of the State of California\nrelating to General Law Cities.\nB. Adopt Resolution No. 26:002 - Adopting regulations for\ncandidates for elective office pertaining to candidate statements\nsubmitted to the voters at an election to be held on Tuesday,\nJune 2, 2026 and at each municipal election after that time\nunless repealed by the City Council.\nC. Adopt Resolution No. 26:003 - Requesting the Board of\nSupervisors of the County of Los Angeles to consolidate the City\nof Paramount’s General Municipal Election to be held on\nTuesday, June 2, 2026, with the Statewide General Election on\nthe same date pursuant to Section 10403 of California Elections\nCode
