FOR AS-NEEDED SERVICES TO SUPPORT\nTHE CITY'S WATER SYSTEM\nRecommended Action:\nApprove an agreement with SOFFA Electric, Inc., in an amount not\nto exceed $50,000 for as-needed services to support the City’s\nwater system and authorize the Mayor, or designee, to execute the\nagreement.

6.\nRESOLUTION\n26:011\nAPPROVING THE ADOPTION OF THE MULTIPLE EMPLOYER\nOPEB/PENSION 115 TRUST ADMINISTERED BY SHUSTER\nADVISORY GROUP, LLC.\nRecommended Action:\nAdopt Resolution 26:011 approving the adoption of the Multiple\nEmployer OPEB/Pension 115 Trust administered by Shuster\nAdvisory Group and the discontinuance of the City’s current\nparticipation in the California Employers’ Retiree Benefit Trust\n(CERBT) administered by California Public Employees’ Retirement\nSystem (CalPERS) and Authorize the City Manager to make\nrevisions consistent with the purpose of the Council’s direction and\nthat do not result in material cost increases to the City.

7.\nAPPROVAL\nACCEPTANCE OF TRACT MAP NO. 084854 (16635, 16675,\nAND 16683 PARAMOUNT BLVD.)\nRecommended Action: Approve Tract Map No. 084854 and\nauthorize the City Clerk to execute the map on behalf of the City of\nParamount.

8.\nAPPROVAL\nMEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH MOBILE\nHOME PARK OWNERS\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the template Memorandum of Understanding with the\nMobile Home Park Owners and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute each agreement on behalf of the City.
