ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT ACCEPTANCE FOR THE DOWNTOWN ELECTRICAL WORK UPGRADES (CITY PROJECT NO. 9573) Recommended Action: Accept the work performed by Innovative Engineering Systems Inc DBA Agilitech, Bakersfield, California, for the Downtown Electrical Upgrades project (City Project No. 9573) and authorize payment for the remaining retention in the amount of $25,537.83.

ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT ACCEPTANCE FOR THE DOWNEY AVENUE AND WORK ROSECRANS AVENUE MEDIAN ENHANCEMENT PROJECT (CITY PROJECT NO. 9435B) Recommended Action: Accept the work performed by Marina Landscape Inc., Orange, California, for the Downey Avenue and Rosecrans Avenue Median Enhancement project (City Project No. 9435B) and authorize payment for the remaining retention in the amount of $86,762.23.

APPROVAL AGREEMENT WITH DISABILITY ACCESS CONSULTANTS FOR ADA COORDINATOR AND DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY SUPPORT SERVICES Recommended Action: Approve the agreement with Disability Access Consultants, LLC for ADA Coordinator Support Services and Digital Accessibility Action Plan work. and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
