ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE PASADENA COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION APPROVING THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED\nAT 145 NORTH RAYMOND AVENUE (ARMORY CENTER FOR THE ARTS) (Office of the City Manager)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the Successor Agency to the Pasadena Community\nDevelopment Commission:\n(1) Find that the action proposed in the agenda report is not a “project” subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 21065\nand within the meaning of Section 15378(b); and\n(2) Adopt a resolution approving the sale of the property owned by the Successor Agency to the\nPasadena Community Development Commission located at 145 North Raymond Avenue and identified as APN\n5723-021-901(Property) with the current tenant, Armory Center for the Arts.\nRESOLUTION\nCity Council
