Approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept and execute\nall grant-related documents and agreements and to administer the Metro\nOpen Streets Grant Award in the amount of $250,000;\n2. Approve a Budget Amendment to the fiscal year (FY) 2025-26 Budget by\nincreasing the local revenue by $250,000;\n3. Approve a Budget Amendment to the FY 2025-26 Budget by increasing the\nappropriation of the local grant expenditures by $250,000;\n4. Approve a Professional Service Agreement, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney, with CicLAvia for a base amount of $50,000 plus a share of\nrevenue resulting from successfully secured sponsorships. CicLAvia shall\nretain 20% and the City shall retain 80% of all sponsorship revenues\nsecured by CicLAvia;

5. Approve a Professional Service Agreement, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney, with Day One in the amount of $121,000;

6. Approve a Professional Service Agreement, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney, with Public Matters in the amount of $30,000. and

7. Approve the weekend of June 26-28, 2026, as the ideal weekend to host\nthe Pico Rivera Cultural Celebration Hub in alignment with the FIFA 2026\nWorld Cup.
