Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1\nto Reimbursement Agreement HSR24-26, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney, with the California High-Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) for the\nreimbursement of City costs associated with the review of project submittals\nand coordination with HSRA.\nAgreement No. HSR24-26-A1
