Receive and file the Third Quarter Budget Report ending March 31, 2026,\nwhich represents the balances and activities for the first three (3) quarters\n(July 2025 through March 2026) of the fiscal year (FY) 2025-26;\n2. Approve an amendment to the FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget by transferring\n$5,800,000 from the Road Resurfacing Program - Overlay and\nReconstruction project Capital Improvement Program (CIP) funding to three\n(3) street projects: $2,300,000 to the Citywide Residential Slurry Seal\nProject, $3,000,000 to the Citywide Cape Seal Project, and $500,000 to the\nCitywide Concrete Curb, Gutter, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)\nRamp Repairs Project;\n3. Approve an amendment to the FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget by\nappropriating $325,000 from the Measure R Fund balance for the\nInstallation of safety crosswalks and ADA Improvements at Marjorie Street\nand Passons Boulevard;\n4. Approve an amendment to the FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget by reducing\n$96,000 from the General Fund, Community and Economic Development\n(CED) budget and transferring those funds from the General Fund to the\nEquipment Replacement Fund;\n5.
