Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Cintas Corporation No. 2 dba Cintas First Aid and Safety for first aid kit products, automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and the monthly servicing of said defibrillators total not- to-exceed amount of $180,000 for a three-year period; and 2. 16. Award of Contract to West Coast Arborists, Inc. for Tree Maintenance Services. (500) Recommendation: 1. Approve a three (3) year contract with a two (2), one-year renewal options with West Coast Arborists, Inc. (WCA), for tree maintenance services in a not-to-exceed amount of $1,690,900; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract in a form approved by the City Attorney.

Authorize the purchase of one (1) 2026 ALTEC Model AT37G Truck, with an installed Articulating Telescopic Aerial Device in the amount of $196,767; 2. Authorize the purchase of one (1) 2026 Chevrolet 3500HD 4X2 Regular Cab pickup truck in the amount of $57,023; 3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all agreements necessary to facilitate the purchase of the two (2) vehicles; and 4. Approve a resolution accepting the fiscal year (FY) 2026-2027 Caltrans Sustainable Communities Grant Program Funding in the amount of $489,000 for the RoseWood Corridor – Pico Rivera Station Area Site Plans (RoSAP) Project; 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all grant-related documents and take all necessary actions to implement the terms of the grant; 3. Approve a budget amendment to the fiscal year (FY) 2026-2027 Budget to increase the State Grant fund revenue; and 4. Approve a City in-kind match of $85,000 to satisfy the Caltrans grant match requirement.
