Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Iteris, for professional consulting\nservices to provide traffic engineering on-call services for a term of three (3) years with\none (1) two-year term extension based upon performance and at the discretion of the\nCity, in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000; and\n5. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with AET, for professional consulting\nservices to provide traffic engineering on-call services for a term of three (3) years with\none (1) two-year term extension based upon performance and at the discretion of the\nCity, in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000; and\n6. Authorize the City Administrator to approve any contract term extensions based on\nperformance and amendments up to 10% of the contract not-to-exceed amount, or\n$5,000; and\n7.
