2.a Public Hearing Regarding the Annexation of Territory to Existing Community Facilities District No.\n2024-1 (Old Town Maintenance Services) and Authorize Special Tax Annexation No. 1 for 201 S.\nBradford Avenue, APN 339-365-23\nFiscal Impact:\nProjected Annual Revenue: $427.52 (CFD for Old Town Maintenance Services)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council take the following action to:\n1. Open the Public Hearing concerning the annexation of 201 S. Bradford Avenue; and\n2. Receive the Staff Report, consider all public testimony, ask questions of Staff; and\n3. Conduct election for annexation of 201 S. Bradford Avenue to Community Facilities District No.\n2024-1 (Old Town Maintenance Services); and\n4. Close the Public Hearing; and\n5. Adopt Resolution R-2025-16, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Placentia, California,\nordering the annexation of territory to its Community Facilities District No. 2024-1 (Old Town\nMaintenance Services) and approving the amended map for said District; and\n6. Authorize inclusion of the annexed territory for Community Facilities District No. 2024-1 (Old\nTown Maintenance Services) for Fiscal Year 2025-26 on the Orange County Secured Property\nTax Roll.

Up to\n$59 million in net fiscal impact revenue to the City over approximately 50 years.\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions to:\n1. Receive and file the Staff Report and presentations; and\n2. Ask any questions of the Measure U Committee and Staff; and\n3. Provide direction to Staff as appropriate regarding the next steps in the EIFD Process.
