Open the Public Hearing concerning the City of Placentia Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26 and\nCapital Improvement Program (CIP) for Fiscal Year 2025-26, consider all public testimony, ask\nquestions of Staff, and close the public hearing; and\n2.
