Resolution to Amend the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Operating Budget by Appropriating $50,000\nfrom Franchise Fee Funded Programs Fund Reserves to Pay Dumping Fees,\nand Award Retroactive Contract to Athens Services, Inc. to Provide Supplemental Bulky\nItem Pick-Up Services and Supplemental Illegal Dumping Abatement Services\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-41 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 OPERATING BUDGET\nBY APPROPRIATING $50,000 FROM THE FRANCHISE FEE FUNDED PROGRAMS\nFUND RESERVES FOR DUMPING FEES\n2) 2) Retroactively award a five-month contract, beginning February 8, 2023, through June\n30, 2023, to Athens Services, Inc.
