2. Adoption of a Resolution Approving the Application for Grant Funds for the California\nMuseum Grant Program\nIt is recommended that the City Council take following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-67 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR GRANT\nFUNDS FOR THE CALIFORNIA MUSEUM GRANT PROGRAM\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents related with this\naction, with approval of the City Attorney as to form.

3. 5. Approval of the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Submittal Projects List for the Road Repair and\nAccountability Act of 2017 (RMRA/SB-1)\nIt is recommended that the City Council adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-75 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LIST OF PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2024-25 FUNDED BY SB-1, THE ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF\n2017

6. Approve the Sole Source Purchase of Two (2) Police Department Vehicles in the Amount\nNot to Exceed $127,506\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the sole source purchase of two (2)\nreplacement Police utility vehicles in the amount not to exceed $127,506 from Victorville\nChevrolet - Cadillac. A 10% contingency is being recommended to cover any market rate\nadjustments that the dealer may impose at the time of purchase due to current delays in\nautomobile production and inventory affecting availability.

7. Adoption of a Pilot Park Ambassador Program\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt a pilot Park Ambassador Program; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents related with this\naction, with approval of the City Attorney as to form.

8. Finding of Public Benefit to the Community at Large-Recommended Expenditure(s) and\nRecap of Expended Funds\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the expenditure(s) recommended and make the finding that the community at\nlarge will receive a public benefit from the expenditure of funds for the recommended\nitem(s); and\n2) Receive and file the recap of final amounts.

9. Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance No. 4344\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Hereby determine that the adoption of this Ordinance is exempt pursuant to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section\n15061 (b)(3); and,\n2) Introduce, waive further and give first reading to the following ordinance:\nORDINANCE NO. 4344 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTIONS 62-200 OF CHAPTERS 62,\nALSO KNOWN AS THE CODE OF THE CITY OF POMONA, REGULATING\nBACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES AND ADOPTING THE CROSS\nCONNECTION CONTROL POLICY HANDBOOK
