Approve the Service Retirement of Police Canine “Bari” to Adlerhorst International, LLC.\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the service retirement and “Agreement to Release Police Service Dog” to the\noriginal seller and training facility; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute all related documents on behalf of the City.

2. Public Hearing for Proposed Outdoor Storage Yard at 1313 East Phillips Boulevard\n(scheduled as an appeal of Planning Commission decision)\nIt is recommended that the City Council uphold the Planning Commission decision and\nadopt the following:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-125 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF POMONA, CALIFORNIA DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP\n00036-2024) FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE ON A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1313 EAST\nPHILLIPS BOULEVARD
